What's on this Holy Week and Easter?

Palm Sunday 29th March 10:30am 

Begin Holy Week well as we process with palms and listen to the gospel narrative tell out the final week of Jesus' life before His resurrection.

Maundy Thursday 2nd April 9am 

A quiet Eucharist at the High Altar, particularly suitable for those unable to make the evening meal.

Good Friday 3rd April 12pm Churches Together Cleveleys Good Friday Witness  (outside Poundland)

Alongside our sisters and brothers in other local churches, we will gather in public, to sing and share our faith.

Holy Saturday 4th April 11am Family Easter Praise

a service to bring the children and grandchildren as our youth tell the story of Holy Week and Easter with fun songs and actions. There may be some early chocolate too! â€‹

Easter Sunday, 5th April 10:30am 

All very welcome to come and celebrate Easter as we celebrate the Light of the World bringing our salvation.

Tuesday 31st March 2pm & 7pm Stations of The Cross

We will be travelling around church, hearing an imaginative retellings of how Jesus made His way to the cross. A powerful, harrowing and holy way to journey alongside Jesus to His death.

Maundy Thursday 2nd March 5:00pm Passover Meal followed by Holy Communion 

We will be coming together to recall the story of salvation seen throughout the Scriptures and celebrated through a shared meal and eucharist, the salvation of the whole world. Food, feasting, prayer and covenant all converge on this holy night. Please do email the vicar or sign up on sheets in the church if you would like to attend. Suggested £10 donation per adult to cover our food costs. 

Passover

Good Friday 3rd April 2:30pm 

At our Good Friday service we mark the death of Jesus. All welcome to this most poignant of services.

Easter Vigil Saturday 4th April 8pm 

Alleluia! Christ is Risen! Come and join in the festivities as we celebrate the night Jesus rose from the tomb. We hear the story of salvation as we shout and sing our praise, light the pascal candle and celebrate Jesus' victory won.
