What's on this Lent and Easter?
Wednesday 14th February 2pm
Come and begin Lent well as we celebrate Ash Wednesday, receive ashing and prepare to walk with Jesus towards the cross.

Our Diocese has produced a wonderful lent course to study at home, this time with accompanying videos and app for smart phones. Tuesday 26th March 2pm and 6pm
We will be travelling around church, hearing imagined retellings of how Jesus made His way to the cross. A powerful, harrowing and holy way to journey alongside Jesus to His death.
Maundy Thursday 28th April 5:30pm Passover Meal
We will be coming together to recall the story of salvation seen throughout the Scriptures and celebrated through a shared meal and eucharist, the salvation of the whole world. Food, feasting, prayer and covenant all converge on this holy night. adult ticket price TBC, children eat free. All very welcome - please contact Kath here for tickets.
Easter Vigil Saturday 30th March 7:30pm
Alleluia! Christ is Risen! Come and join in the festivities as we celebrate the night Jesus rose from the tomb. We hear the story of salvation as we shout and sing our praise, light the pascal candle and celebrate Jesus' victory won.

Beginning 25th February 4pm
Faith in Film - Our lent course this year (every Sunday at 4pm) will involve each week watching together a film with a theme of faith, from Biblical Epics to Allegories. We will be discussing the films at our Tuesday morning Bible Study group (10am in church) for a more in-depth chat. Everyone welcome (although please note, not all titles will be suitable for children)
Palm Sunday 24th March 10:30am
Begin Holy Week well as we process with palms and listen to the gospel narrative tell out the final week of Jesus' life before His resurrection.
Maundy Thursday 28th March 9am
A quiet Eucharist at the High Altar, particularly suitable for those unable to make the evening meal.
Friday 29th March 2:30pm
At our Good Friday service we mark the death of Jesus. All welcome to this most poignant of services.
Easter Sunday, 31st March 10:30am
All very welcome to come and celebrate Easter as we celebrate the Light of the World bringing our salvation.
