Mission Statement — St Andrew’s Cleveleys
Rooted in the love of Christ, St Andrew’s Cleveleys exists to bless the people of Cleveleys in Jesus’ name. We are a welcoming and inclusive church, committed to serving all in our community with compassion, generosity, and joy. Through worship, outreach, and hospitality, we seek to be a space where the community can gather, lives are enriched, and hope is shared. We aim to share the Good News with generosity, gentleness and understanding. Grounded in our belief in Christ, we open our doors to everyone, offering a place of belonging and blessing.
Our Aims as a Worship Community

Led by Jesus
We believe, through the Holy Spirit, that we are called to be led by Jesus through:

Learning more about Him through Bible study and prayer.

By providing a place for others continual spiritual growth.

By children and adults participating in activities together, enabling different generations to have fun and engage.
Worship
We believe, through the Holy Spirit, that we are called to open our doors to all who wish to come and worship. Our worship must be:

Accessible to everyone; nobody feels shut out.

Using language, we all understand.

Feeling we are all joining in as we are able.

Joining in and contributing in a variety of ways.


Being Disciples
We believe, through the Holy Spirit, that we are called to:

Be joyful, open people who are open about our faith.

Keep on learning and deepening our knowledge of God and scripture.

Making Disciples
We believe, through the Holy Spirit, that we are called to live our faith openly, being committed to caring for our community by ensuring that when do is inclusive and rooted in our Christian faith, inviting others to join us.


Teaching
We believe, through the Holy Spirit, that we are called to develop our understanding of the basis of our faith through interaction and learning together. This could include:

Question and Answer sessions in the service.

Bibles studies or house groups.

Alphas Courses
People should be able to access whichever activities they feel comfortable with.
